Making money with #MyOgaatthetop

One thing I love about being a Nigerian is our ingenuity and creativity. Just when most of us are still yet t recover from the rib cracking display of total ignorance of the Lagos State Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corp ( NSCDC ) Mr Obafaiye Shem,  some smart Nigerians are smiling to the bank already . Thanks to the sudden #MyOgaatthetop nationwide craze.

Heard a song this morning on the radio by a Popular Artiste titled My Oga at da Top! Trust the jam to be the hit song for every night club in Lagos and Abuja this weekend.

Some other smart people are fast printing #MyOgaatthetop Tee shirts and they are selling fast. Others are sending in proposals to the REAL OGA AT THE TOP in NSCDC ( the Commandant General ) to provide Computer Tutorials for NSCDC Staff nationwide.

You still laughing at the #MyOgaatthetop video? Me am increasing my blog readership by this single post and . I won’t tell you how am gonna make money from this ‘cause I don’t want to same one thing no and #MyOgaatthetop will say it is another

The difference between the American route and the African route

Just wanna share an observation which has bugged me for a while. I can't but wonder why foreign airlines operating in Nigeria ( BA, KLM, Lufthansa, etc ) fly the Nigerian route with aircrafts they dare not venture into the North American airspace with. C'mon, the Nigeria route is one of their most lucrative so whats the problem with bringing us newer aircrafts like they do on their European and North American routes ?

Poor customer service by Aero Contractors! Passengers stranded.

Very typical of most organisations in Nigeria, Aero Contractors today displayed that they have no back-up plans for passengers who make full payment for their flights in cases of emergencies.

Passengers billed to fly Aero Contractors from Owerri to Abuja at 9.25am got txt messages informing them of a delay and a new departure time of 12.25pm. They were stunned when they got to the Sam Mbakwe Airport at 10am and met an empty Aero Office and counter. Not a single came from the management of Aero until 12.59pm when the text message picture above was sent to passengers.

No more word has been heard from Aero Contractors up till now. I propose the establishment of an Aviation Standards Tribunal to protect Nigerian air travellers on local routes from the disdain services churned out by local airlines.

The most reliable Nigerian airline

As the Easter holidays approaches, vacation plans are in gull gear. For some of us who won't be travelling abroad for the holidays by end of this month but rather, will fly to various destinations within Nigeria to spend time with loved ones and family members, the question now is; which is the most reliable airline in Nigeria at the moment ? Heard Arik are great at delaying flights, heard Aero planes eventhough they are kinda old are reliable.....your comments are welcome please
